Kristin is a complete professional when it comes to analyzing diverse sets of data to determine if property assessments are equitable. From mapping and blueprints to communicating with municipalities, you can depend on her for the highest levels of documentation and diplomacy.

A certified New York State real estate salesperson, Kristin plays a lead role in the preparation and filing of real property documents. She coordinates the development of appraisals and assists in the maintenance of client satisfaction at every stage of the process.

Our own “jack of all trades,” Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and has also completed courses in accounting as well as New York State Department of Licensing course S-385.
