Santucci Denise Santucci applies 20-plus years of real estate experience to the business of reducing your business’ property taxes. Previous positions in property management, appraising, and the sale/lease of real property have provided the ideal background to offer thorough and professional service with our client’s best interest at heart.
Denise brings unique insights to the analysis, coordination, and negotiation of assessments. Her expertise in property values is integral in establishing accurate assessments of many diverse properties from industrial, warehouse and office buildings to apartments and hotels. An active member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, Denise has held a New York State real estate broker’s license for more than two decades. She also belongs to the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors, and regularly attends commercial and industrial real estate related symposiums. Denise has completed various certified courses from Chicago’s highly respected Appraisal Institute, including Real Estate Appraisal Principals, Real Estate Appraisal Procedures and Basic Income Capitalization. Extensive professional training in Principals of Income Producing Property, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, and Property Management C-215. Additional courses include: Real Estate Damages; Assessment & Testimony, Legal Issues for Appraisers, Does My Report Comply with USPAP, Concepts Terminology and Techniques and Investment Analysis offered through the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers.
