Her ability to analyze a property’s value and determine the equity of an assessment has resulted in millions of dollars in tax savings for FT America clients. She continually provides professional, top-quality service and her in-depth knowledge of the commercial and industrial real estate market is unmatched.

Denise is a member of several professional trade organizations and has completed numerous certified courses from the Appraisal Institute. As a lifelong learner, she has also completed various courses related to real property enhancing her already extensive knowledge of the industry. Denise has held a NYS Broker’s license since 1987 and uses her expertise to provide excellent service to the clients she works with.

Fred Jr. is FT America’s link to their clients. He puts personal service as his number one priority and makes everyone he works with feel valued. He has a natural ability to connect with people as well as the tenacity to see the task through. He gives individualized attention to everyone he talks to.

He received his dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Biblical Studies from Cairn University in 2013. During his collegiate tenure, Fred Jr. was a three-year intern at FT America becoming familiar with the intricacies of the tax consulting industry.

With Fred and Denise as his mentors, he is constantly learning and enhancing his professional skillset. As a mission-driven individual, Fred Jr. aims to ensure that every FT America client is treated with respect, and that his diligence contributes to the professional and superior experience they receive as we review their assessments.

Cathy brings a background in project, account, and property management to FT America. She provides the team with research, information, reports and technical support to facilitate the entire review process. She also communicates with clients providing them with information and assistance as needed.

Kaitlyn joined the FT America team as a research analyst and administrative assistant. She recently completed the NYS Assessors Association Commercial and Industrial Valuation course and continues to expand her knowledge of assessments and the valuation process. She is a member of the NYS Assessors Association.

Kaitlyn attends to each assessment review with great attention to detail to ensure all phases of the review run smoothly. She gathers, analyzes, and validates real estate transactions and market research to ensure accuracy in the determination of value. She also communicates with clients and municipalities, and manages office operations to maintain an efficient work environment.
